The training courses focus on Volkswagen’s global After Sales standards and processes, new Volkswagen technologies, new repair and diagnostic methods and new Volkswagen models plus much more.
Technical TrainingVolkswagen Middle East has developed a Technical Service Qualification and Training Plan which includes self-study programmes, multimedia CD's, training videos and trainer presentations, attendant exercises, hands-on exercises and evaluation tests. The utilisation of each is bound by strict international guidelines. The quantitative and qualitative factors are ascertained through an ongoing auditing of the training sessions.
Non-Technical TrainingCustomer-oriented service requires multi-talents for a wide variety of tasks. As such, Volkswagen Middle East offers a variety of training courses extending from basic training to specialised subjects for all of its Authorised Volkswagen Service Centres’ staff.
