High-level customer service concepts provided to Volkswagen customers in the Middle East

The Service Excellence is a comprehensive customer service concept that will deliver the best customer experience and put the customers at the core of what we offer.”

The package has already been rolled out in GCC countries and is continuing to do so throughout Volkswagen showrooms in the rest of the region.
